Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter. The promoter is AP Digitech Pty Ltd, ABN 24 661 415 925, trading as Gardeners Crate, of Moorebank NSW 2170. Website gardenerscrate.com.au. Email support@gardenerscrate.com.au.
2. The promotion. This is a trade promotion conducted to promote the Gardeners Crate Lawno Kit. The winner is determined by chance. The promotion is conducted in accordance with all applicable Australian laws.
3. Entry period. Entry opens at 12:00am ACST on 12 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ACST on 18 June 2026. This is the full seven day window, from the start of 12 June to the end of 18 June.
4. How to enter. To enter, purchase a Lawno Kit from gardenerscrate.com.au during the entry period. Each customer who places one or more completed and paid Lawno Kit orders during the entry period receives one entry into the draw. No separate sign up is required, because entry is automatic with the purchase. Entry is free with the purchase, and the Lawno Kit is sold at its normal promotional price, which is not increased for this draw.
5. One entry per customer. Entries are counted per customer. Buying more than one Lawno Kit, or placing more than one order, does not give a customer additional entries. Every customer who buys during the entry period has one equal entry.
6. Eligibility. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. The directors, employees, contractors and agencies of the promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Any order that is cancelled, refunded or charged back before the draw is void, and the entry connected to it is withdrawn.
7. The prize. There is one prize of AUD $3,000 in cash, paid by electronic funds transfer to the winner's nominated Australian bank account. The prize is not transferable, is not exchangeable, and cannot be taken as any alternative. The total prize pool is AUD $3,000.
8. The draw. The draw will be conducted electronically by random selection on 20 June 2026 at 11:00am ACST. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries, and every valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn.
9. Winner notification. The winner will be notified by phone and email, using the contact details on their order, within two business days of the draw. To receive the prize, the winner must respond and provide valid bank details within 14 days of first contact.
10. Payment of the prize. The prize of $3,000 will be paid by electronic funds transfer within 28 days of the promoter verifying the winner and receiving valid bank details. Payment of the cash prize is not conditional on the winner providing a photograph or taking part in any publicity.
11. Publicity and image consent. By entering, each entrant consents to the promoter publishing the winner's first initial, surname and postcode, as required by law. As a condition of entry, the winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity for the promotion. This includes providing a photograph of themselves with their Lawno, and granting the promoter permission to use the winner's name, image, likeness, photograph and any statements in marketing across all channels, in perpetuity, and without further payment. The photograph will be requested after the winner has received their Lawno.
12. Winner publication. The winner's first initial, surname and postcode will be published on this page on 20 June 2026, and will remain published for 28 days.
13. Unclaimed prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond and provide valid bank details within 14 days of first contact, the promoter will conduct a redraw on 7 July 2026 by the same method. Any redraw winner will be notified and published in the same way. Further redraws will be held on the same basis if required, subject to law.
14. Delivery. Lawno Kits ordered during this promotion are pre orders. They ship from 1 July 2026, with expected delivery from around 9 July 2026. The draw, the winner notification and the cash payment are not delayed by delivery. The photograph for publicity is requested only after the winner has received their Lawno.
15. Privacy. Personal information collected for this promotion is handled in accordance with the Gardeners Crate privacy policy at gardenerscrate.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. This information may be used to conduct the draw, to award and announce the prize, and to meet legal requirements.
16. General. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded by law. If the promotion cannot be run as planned, the promoter may amend, suspend or end it, to the extent permitted by law. The decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and entrants submit to the courts of that state.
