3-Year Warranty on the Machine Body Covers motor, electronics, casing, and all safety components.

2-Year Warranty on Battery & Charger
Covers manufacturing faults (excluding natural ageing over time).

30-Day Coverage on Consumables
If the accessories like (chain, bar, etc) arrives damaged — let us know right away.

Natural wear and tear — like a chain & bar slowly dulling over time with regular use

Accidental damage — from drops, overloading, or using the tool for jobs it wasn’t built for

Neglected batteries — if stored flat for too long, they may not recover

Third-party parts or chargers — using non-original accessories can affect performance
