After receiving my Lawno, medical issues meant I possibly wouldn’t be able to use it. Nic encouraged me to keep the Lawno and see how I go. I had a hip replacement and at 75 , 3 months later I assembled the Lawno and it is fantastic. I’m back mowing my lawns and doing my own edges!My friends are very impressed !

Light, easy setup, works a treat and great customer service.

I only have a small nature strip to maintain and had a push mower to do the job, I didn’t want a petrol mower to do such a small area.

The Lawno is perfect, I can whipper snip around the tree and street sign, mow the grass and keep the edges tidy all with one lightweight tool.

Most of us have had a bad experience buying online, well let me prove to you Gardeners Crate will never let you down. They promise a worry-free 3 year warrant and they absolutely stand by it. After just a couple of months of using my Lawno almost every day, I warn you its addictive, it’s that good, but without warning it suddenly had a problem that I could not figure or fix. Contacted Gardeners Crate support team who came back to me same day. They sincerely did everything to help identify the problem, including a video, and how I might fix it. Obvious this was not a common problem, just a freak, random part failure. Without hesitation, they sent me a brand-new replacement, not a second hand refurbished, no what arrived was a brand-new machine. My son told me to keep the broken one for spare parts, I think that’s a man thing?

I can't fault this company

I can't fault this company. I pre ordered my Lawno in April from their website as the product looked perfect for what I needed. The reviews were good and the seemed reliable. I knew it was going to take 2 months which I was dubious about but it eased when I got regular communication from them with all contact details up front. The videos on how to set it up are concise, leaving no stone unturned. I'm so excited to start using my Lawno. They deliver when they say they will deliver and the product is good quality! Cheers to wonderful manicured lawns!!

The ordering and delivery was simple with quick delivery.

My daughter put it together very easily.

My lawn was very long with bad edges. My new Lawnmo was so easy to use and I know, now that they are shorter it will be even easier. Light to use and move across the lawn.

The edges look great and were so easy to cut. Took us a little while to work out the edging side of the process but we did it. I’m so pleased I made the decision to buy this product. I’m 75 and will be doing the lawn myself in the future.

Order arrived when expected and included lots of printed and electronic information. The machine is sturdier than expected and easy to assemble. My 10 year old granddaughter put it together by following the very clear instructions. As mentioned by others and as expected, the mower function is only up to doing very small areas of lawn. It is ideal for a small enclosed courtyard area of our garden and the flip down guard protects the shrubs and flowers when mowing around those garden edges. The trimmer and edger handle very stubborn buffalo grass really well. Its size and ease of use makes it really handy for quick tidy up jobs. Keep your larger mower for the heavy duty and large areas. After reading previous reviews and website advice I purchased a spare battery. The machine has met all expectations and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

IT DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS IT WILL DO!

I already posted a review as soon as I used my Lawnmo. It does do everything it said and believe me, it had a big challenge in front of it when I attacked my overgrown garden with it. It was so easy even my partner was able to use it and she used to struggle with the normal whipper snipper we have. I'm currently recovering from an operation and that's why our normally well maintained lawn was so overgrown. I was getting ready to call in a professional serivce to help when we saw the Lawnmo. For the price we outlayed, I saved a who lot more than I would if I'd employed a service. Just purchased a second battery to ensure we can keep mowing/edging when the first battery runs out. Greay product that, for once, does exactly what it says it will do.

I initially thought the Lawno sounded too good to be true, so I did some searching online and found that it was the real deal. So I bought one.

Well, needless to say, I'm impressed. I've done my edges, which I've always had to do by hand, trimmed along the path, gone around all the trees and raised garden beds and it was all so easy. I also did some mowing but had a few issues there. I was holding it at the wrong angle and digging into the lawn a bit. But I'll practice till I get it right. Overall, a great lightweight machine, easy to maneuver. Didn't take too long to arrive and notifications along the way.

Dreams do come true! from doubting Thomas

I was very happy to be able to 'build'my Lawno by myself. I don't usually do this stuff but being on my own you have to give it a go. I did have a problem but the help I received from the Company was fantastic and also the follow up. A couple of years ago Mirboo Nth had a tornado come through my part of town, it caused heaps of damage and I lost 7 huge gum trees. I have planted out many native shrubs and trees and this is where I am going to use the Lawno until they grow a bit more. Keeping the weeds at bay will be easy now.

Finally an Australian company that cares, from the beginning, the order, contact was forthcoming with how to use the Lawno before it was even received. That was excellent. Extremely easy to assemble and use.

Extremely easy to assemble the instructions easy to follow and having videos as well made it simple for a 75 year old woman.

Light weight, easy to use with one hand as I have a shoulder injury I needed something that I could use one handed. I have a ride on mower and lawno is just what I needed for those places a ride on doesn't fit.

I would highly recommend this product , the delivery was on time kept informed from time of purchase to delivery. After sales services is great with emails .

Easy to put together, and simple to operate

Receiving the emails from Gardeners Crate well before the Lawno arrived meant that I felt familiar with how it’s put together, and the best ways to use it.

I did appreciate that clear written instructions were also included in the package, as that’s what I followed to fit the blade.

I’ve been using battery-powered lawn mowers for years, but now that I’m over 70, I just wanted to future-proof my ability to continue to mow the lawns, and the Lawno, being so particularly light, seemed to fit the bill.

I only use the Lawno for edging so far, because I like that my older lawn mower is heavier and thus means I’m using more strength and muscles to operate it. However, the day will come when it feels too bulky for me, and then I’ll be glad of my Lawno.

I have to say that the Lawno does a brilliant job with the edges, and it requires no effort at all, only guidance! I use only the Lawno for all my edging now.

I could barely believe how easy it was to both set up and operate the Lawno; I was ready to call on a neighbour or a friend to help me install the blade, but didn’t need to!

Easy to use

I was looking for a rechargeable mower and delaying the purchase all the machines looked so big. Then came across the ad for Lawn Boss (thought it was too good to bectrue) watched the ad several times checked on trustpilot and ordered it. On arrival it was easy to put together. Did the 1st lawn cut, it looks great. I'm not someone who has ever used a traditional mower so glad I found this. Easy to use, great cut, had a fun (which is not something I would say about mowing). Highly recommended!

Cleverly designed and capable

Thoughtfully packaged, easy to assemble, excellent instructions and YouTube guides, excellent communication. For once you feel like you are dealing with genuine and nice people!

Like many tools, it will take me a while to master it. My first attempt was fairly successful - I have some challenging lawns and edges. Having said that, it is 1,000 times better than my old whipper snipper. I have now thrown that out!!!! PS it is powerful too. Recomended.

Amazing wiper sniper and edging machine

Machine is very light and easy to use, excellent for a wiper sniper or edging. No more pain in the arms or shoulders like other machines. Instructions are easy to follow and good manuals with examples. I contacted with customer service in a very fast , honest and reliable way. You can feel honesty behind the people and love for the product. I highly recommend it . Even for elder people where internet and technology is not the best the printed instructions that came with machine are super easy to follow.

Lawno works and after sales service is amazing.

I was looking for something to cut our grass which was smaller than a lawn mower and not a whipper snipper which I had to lift whilst it did it’s thing. I read about lawno from Gardeners Crate and bought one. Their instructions to put together came in paper nor email - both of which were very easy to follow. On my first attempt to mow it would only wrap the grass into balls and not cut it. I contacted Gardeners Crate and they got back to me straight away and told me how to fix it.
